Recruitment

We have laid down the eligibility criteria as per the guidelines of The Private Security Agencies (Regulations) Act 2005 as follows:

> Should be an indie Citizen

> Height and body weight should not be less than 160 cms and body weight 54 kgs respectively.

> Age shall be 18-35 years relaxable by 10 years in upper Age in the case of Ex Servicemen (ESM).

> Physically and medically ﬁt with no visual healing or any limb deformity.

> Physically and medically fit with no visual, hearing or any limb deformity.

> Preferably matriculate but not less than 8th standard pass.

> Read & write Hindi, Local Language of the State, and English Alphabets.

> Should have good character, important to complete police verification.

Training

We conduct comprehensive background chads to ensure that the applicants meet the stringent recruitment process. The music mining capsule is compulsory for all the aspirants. The training capsure
includes the following subjects:

> Conduct in pubic and proper wearing of uniform

> Squad forming and saluting.

> Physical fitness training

> Physical security security of assets, security or the building, household security and personnel security.

> Fire fighting.

> First aid.

> Access control.

> Inventory control.

> Trafﬁc control.

> Badges or rank of Police & Army.

> Use of security devices and equipment.

> Crowd control.

> Visitor pass and conduct.

> Watch and ward aspects.

> Examining Identity cards. passports and smart cards.

> Rudimentary knowledge or IPC.

> Procedure for lodging a police FIR.

> Observation and action in case of undefined objects.
