Western India Security Manpower Agency (WISMA)
WISMA is run by a group of retired Army Officers and highly trained security professionals. Headquartered in Pune city, we have been in the business of securing educational institutions, highly sensitive govt institutions, hospitals, and IT establishments for over a decade.

As an Infantry Officer, he participated in the Indo-Pak war of 1971, Counter-insurgency operations in Mizoram, Nagaland, Punjab, and Jammu & Kashmir. After superannuation from military service in 2006, he founded WISMA and has actively steered the agency into a position of distinction.

Stringent Recruitment
Guidelines as per PSARA Act 2005:
- Must be an Indian Citizen.
- Height >= 160 cms, Weight >= 54 kgs.
- Age 18-35 years (Relaxable by 10 yrs for Ex-Servicemen).
- Physically/medically fit; no visual, hearing or limb deformity.
- Min 8th Standard pass (Preferably Matriculate).
- Read & write Hindi, Local Language, and English.
- Good character with complete police verification.
